We are running Taobao Sprees for the convenience of guests who wants to purchase of Taobao but doesn't know how too. As we use to purchase from Taobao, we understand this headache for most people :( therefore, this website is created.

DISCLAIMER:
Ordering/Payment
1. All orders form are to be in excel form and sent to [email protected].
2. All payments are via DBS/POSB bank transfers, iBanking, Cash On MeetUp (to our convenience only) or Paypal.
- Please do NOT be later than 10min when doing meetup. $1 WILL BE Charged for every late min.
3. In any event that you decide to change your order/miss out on any details, please sent an email to inform, immediately.
- We will accept Changes up to 2 times MAX. On the 3rd time onwards, $1 will be charged. This is to ensure that orders do not change too often. Pls understand!
- Add-ons are free :)
4. All local sales tax, local GST and extra charges will be paid by spree-ers.
5. Strictly no cancellation of orders once order has been placed.
6. No payment = No order. Order and post first. Once you've made payment, email/SMS with ref number
7. Please retain your transaction receipt.!
8. DO NOT make payments until your order list is being confirmed by ShopWithBang.
Delivery
1. Items would be sent by postage / during meetups.
2. Meet ups will only be available at Kovan MRT station, Hougang, Yio Chu Kang and Woodlands MRT station.
3. ShopWithBang would not be responsible if the wrong item is shipped; item is damanged; items lost in mail/shipping. This includes normal mail lost using Singpost. ShopWithBang is not responsible should your item gets lost in the mail. Therefore, registered post is recommended.
